Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM-1:00 PM

Your Key Responsibilities:
Greet and guide existing practice members with warmth and professionalism
Perform and review nervous system scans
Memorize and use scripts during patient visits to ensure consistent messaging
Take x-rays (no prior experience needed—training provided!)
Accurately enter patient information into our EHR system
Answer multi-line phone calls with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
Actively support your teammates to provide excellent care and service
Make scheduling changes/monitor/control schedules for multiple doctors
