Work Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM rotating bi-weekly with 12:00PM-8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: Rotating biweekly 7:00 AM-1:00 PM and OFF

We’re seeking a New Patient Coordinator who is:

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment (this is not a desk job!)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide new practice members with warmth and professionalism
- Take detailed health histories and perform nervous system scans
- Memorize and use scripts during patient visits to ensure consistent messaging
- Take x-rays (no prior experience needed—training provided!)
- Accurately enter patient information into our EHR system
- Answer multi-line phone calls with a friendly, solution-focused attitude
- Actively support your teammates to provide excellent care and service
- Make scheduling changes/monitor/control schedules for multiple doctors
